Take The First Step – We Will Be Beside You
Heuler, Wakeman, Solomon Law Group, P.L.L.C., was founded in 2013 to give Tallahassee, North Florida and Georgia residents wide-ranging services aimed at achieving a positive future. Whether planning for yourself or your loved ones, our team understands these decisions are sensitive and complicated. Working from our established roots in the community, we are elevating our services by providing additional practice areas.
We place high importance on making the legal process understandable for people of all ages. Our attorneys offer strong litigation work combined with appeals and appellate practice – a unique combination that serves the full scope of client needs. We also serve as co-counsel in litigated probate and guardianship cases.
Two Florida Board-Certified Specialists On Staff
Over 60 years of combined experience lays the foundation of our estate and life planning services. Our founding attorneys – Victoria Heuler and Mary Wakeman – are board-certified specialists (BCS) in elder law (Victoria) and appellate practice (Mary). Mary Wakeman is also AV Preeminent-rated through Martindale Hubbell*. Partner Max Solomon joined the firm in 2023 to expand our estate and life-planning offerings, litigation, probate and guardianship practice areas and our community initiatives.
Comprehensive, Integrated Legal Service Is A Hallmark Of The Firm
We approach each client’s needs by taking a holistic view of their circumstances. How will the estate plan they create today meet their needs and prevent disputes in the future? Do they have protections in place for shielding themselves from abuse or exploitation? Our attorneys look at every angle and consider all of the issues – financial, legal and medical – before proposing a solution. You can rely on our experience, knowledge and commitment to you.
A Reputation For Excellence
Our team is made up of trusted lawyers and professional staff members who will put you at ease and make the intake process as smooth as possible.
